- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (दालचीनी powder)
- 1 cup of water
- 1 bay leaf (तेज पत्ता)
- 1 cardamom(इलायची)
Method To use :
1. Ek pan (batti) lijye aur 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder (दालचीनी powder), 1 cup of water, 1 bay leaf (तेज पत्ता), 1 cardamom(इलायची) ko pan me daal dijye .
2. Mix all the ingredients well and boil the mixture for 4 minutes on high flame.
3.Leave the water for let cool and then strain the water by using strainer.
4.You can store this water for 3 days in refrigerator.
5. And your amazing mouthwash is now ready for use.
6. You must use this mouthwash after brushing your teeth.
7. Rinse your mouth with this mouthwash for 20 seconds daily for best results.
